Super Mario Brothers, the classic version, is a Nintendo game entirely hand-written that runs on two megahertz. Other than its popular SFXs and soundtracks, this game is made using Assembly Code language. The characters and levels featured and separated in high-contrast. Movement is janky overall, and it feels like running on ice when attempting to turn; although, it may have been a stylistic choice. Animation among the game is not complicated; most enemies consist of two different sprites animation, like how goombahs only have two sprite models that switch as they move.

The design of the game itself is not overly complicated either since it is a game created in 1985. Coincidentally, there was never a piranha plant in the original concept of Super Mario Brothers; the piranha plant was a concept later added. Overall, Super Mario Brothers is a great game that leads to the long-lasting series we all should know.
